AS ASSOCIATES is an independent consultancy, headed by Andrew Boatswain and Susan Oborne, specialising in a range of management and human resource issues within the public sector.
AS ASSOCIATES works in the fields of recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, training and development, elected member support and development and is at the forefront of best practice. The consultancy has worked in England and Wales and with the Local Government Staff Commission and a growing number of local authorities in Northern Ireland on a wide range of HR related and management issues.
